We’re based in the UK and USA and our 8 studios in Central London are a centre of excellence. We have creative, media, studios and digital under one roof and work on; radio, Spotify and digital audio advertising; audio post for TV and films; audiobooks; podcasts; music; foreign dubbing; gaming and digital campaigns to support audio experiences.

The Person We Are Looking For 

You love audio and have worked in a similar environment in a radio station, online audio platform, studio, production company or creative agency.

You’ll have an ear for great sounding audio and you’ll fully understand the process that’s needed to get an audio project from brief to broadcast, and will be able to seamlessly integrate into our existing team.

You’re confident, you don’t get flustered when it’s busy and you’re comfortable managing many different projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills and accuracy are in your DNA. You’re not a passenger, you’re proactive and make things happen.

You’re a stickler for detail and you’re big on process, efficiency and keeping systems up to date. You’ll always be looking for new ways to improve how we do things.

You’ll be a strong believer in delivering exemplary customer service which is just as important as the work we produce. You don’t miss deadlines and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure of it. You’ll be really proud of the work we produce and you’ll share it with your wider network.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver all projects on time and within budget.
  • To provide brilliant customer service.
  • To organise and manage a busy creative and production team who work across multiple projects.
  • To forge strong relationships with other internal teams and external suppliers.
  • To price up projects when needed.
  • To keep internal CRM system up to date
  • To represent the company at industry events.
  • To keep up to date with the latest developments in audio and how they apply to our production process.
     

Essential Requirements  

High level of experience in a similar role, managing audio projects from brief to broadcast and a thorough understanding of what’s involved:

  • Working with customer success and creative teams.
  • An ear for great audio.
  • Knowledge of quoting on all audio jobs.
  • Casting voiceover talent and music tracks
  • Running recording sessions and working with sound engineers.
  • Proof reading scripts
  • Negotiating best rates with external suppliers.
  • Proven high level organisational, communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in being proactive and forward thinking.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and work in a busy team.
  • A positive mental attitude and growth mindset. We are a close team that works hard and plays hard together.
  • Able to work from our London studio at least 4 days a week.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
     

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with audio editing software
  • Fluency in other languages 

Working Hours / Requirements

This is a full time role based from our London studios at least 4 days a week.

  • Competitive salary, inline with  experience
  • 25 days leave per annum, with 3 to be taken between Christmas & New Year. This entitlement is in addition to the usual 8 UK bank and public holidays.
