At the end of last year we hosted an event at the Ham Yard hotel celebrating audio creativity. It was wonderful to come together with so many of our clients and friends to celebrate world class audio, and reflect on another year of creativity and collaboration.

The evening allowed us to showcase our new showreel as well as an exclusive preview of our latest immersive audio experience (keep an ear out for how to experience this soon, if you didn't manage to make the event).

A special thank you to our brilliant speakers; Richard Addis from Dolby Europe and Tim Evans from Creative UK, who spoke alongside our Co-Founder and CEO, Seb Juviler and our Executive Creative Director, Kathleen Moroney.  During our fireside chat, we talked about how technology has transformed creativity in recent years, what never changes when it comes to creativity, how Dolby are thinking about immersive audio in the year ahead and how brands and platforms might want to think about audio to make the most of the opportunities in future. We even touched on how people are increasingly finding comfort listening to audio, and it’s helping to tackle loneliness.

The conversation has certainly left us feeling even more inspired about the exciting developments ahead for the world of audio in 2025.

Did you know…

According to Audacy’s research conducted around Mental Health Awareness Month, when asked about what inspires them to improve their life, 52% of Gen Z and Millennials say interesting podcasts and their favorite radio hosts – whereas only 34% chose social media posts from influencers.

And audio streaming ranks as Gen Z's number one mobile activity!
