The Company

We are an award-winning (Cinema Audio Society, Music & Sound, Promax UK, Vox, Campaign) world class leader in audio services, providing clients with a full offering to deliver any requirement needed in audio advertising, content or production across the globe. 

We’re based in the UK and USA and our 8 studios in Central London are a center of excellence. We have creative, media, studios and digital under one roof and work on radio, Spotify and digital audio advertising, audio post for TV and films, audiobooks, podcasts, music, foreign dubbing, gaming and digital campaigns to support audio experiences.

Our clients include Spotify (we are their creative partner in the UK & North America), Acast, Netflix, Amazon, Cartoon Network, Disney, Guinness, Paddy Power Betfair, Audible and Penguin Random House.

The Person We Are Looking For 

You love audio and have a keen interest in getting to learn all aspects of audio advertising. You’ll have an interest in advertising or creative production as this position may lead to a career in account management or audio production. 

You have a positive attitude, are open to learning and don’t get flustered when it’s busy. Organization and initiative will need to be in your DNA, you need to be really responsive to requests, energetic and confident.

Beyond client care, you will play an integral role in our production operations by providing administrative support to all teams, from account management to production.

You are a real people person, confident and outgoing. You need to be because you'll be working with the audio team, other internal departments and external suppliers, and you'll need to get the best out of them all. 

You’re a stickler for detail and you’re big on process, efficiency and keeping systems up to date. You’re comfortable managing many different projects simultaneously. You don’t miss deadlines and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure of it. You buzz off working as part of a busy team that always delivers.

You’ll be a real team player and understand that you are part of a wider team that works together - being part of that is just as important as the work we deliver. You’ll be comfortable working with a remote team that is spread across the US East Coast and London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for our US audio teams in every element of production.
  • Create and manage production schedules
  • Assist with financial billing and invoicing
  • Assist with casting voiceovers and sourcing music options
  • Quality checking of assets
  • Review agency and supplier invoices for accuracy
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and data entry tasks, as needed.

Essential Requirements 

  • An interest in audio (you don’t have to have experience, you’ll get that here!)
  • Able to work hybrid with up to 3 days a week in office.
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with the Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Good communication skills

Bonius Points 

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com and Asana
  • Experience working with CRM tools for finance such as Zoho
  • Fluency in other languages, particularly LATAM Spanish or Canadian French

Salary & Benefits 

  • $40,000 yearly salary
  • $500 per month contribution to medical insurance policy
  • Various training schemes
  • 21 days of paid time off, plus 3 additional days to be taken during Christmas and New Years when the business is closed
